Rava Idli


 500 g semolina
4 yogurts (125 g each)
 1 tsp salt
 20 g fresh yeast
 1 tsp sugar
 1 bowl luke warm water
Dilute yeast in luke warm water with 1 tsp sugar .
Set aside for 15 minuites.
Mix all  the ingredients & keep aside of 2/3 hours, until it's doubled.
Add some water if the batter is thick.
Grease the Idli maker with oil &  pour 1 tbsp of batter.
Steam cook for 15 minuites.
Serve with curry / chutney.
