Quai Branly museum - Paris.

Museum - Quai Branly 'Musee du Quai Branly '  was inaugurated by President Jacques Chirac on 20th June 2006. This  new primitive art museum was designed by French architect Jean Nouvel. It houses art from Africa, Asia, Oceania and the Americas. Emblem of the museum is a mexican statue " Chupicuaro". It's near to the Eiffle Tower.

Mutton Curry

Mutton Curry Ingredients1 tbsp curry powder2 tbsp curd1 tsp salt1 kg mutton 2 onions, 4 carrots, 2 potatoes3 garlic clovesA small piece of gingerA green chilli (half slit)2 tbsp oil1 star anis1 tsp ground pepperCoriander leaves / Curry leavesMethod Mix  first three ingredients. Albi

AlbiAlbi is situated between the mountains & Tarn river. Famous Cathedrale Ste.Cécile is a jewel of gothic architecture.      Built by Christian loyalists as a defense against the Cathare Heresy starting in the 13th century.It's a cathedrale cum fortress.The Cathedral took two centuries to build ( 1282-1480) &  It is  one of the largest brick building in the world.

Carrot Stir FryIngredients10  medim size carrots ( cut it into semicircles)          2 onions (chopped)1tbsp oil1 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp tumeric powder1/2 tsp red chilli powder1 tsp salt1 bowl of waterCurry leaves & ground pepper Method Mix tumeric powder, chilli powder & salt in a bowl of water.Heat oil in a pan & add mustard seeds.When in pops, add chopped onion & fry till it becomes translucent. Rava Idli

Rava Idli  Ingredients 500 g semolina4 yogurts (125 g each) 1 tsp salt 20 g fresh yeast 1 tsp sugar 1 bowl luke warm water MethodDilute yeast in luke warm water with 1 tsp sugar . Set aside for 15 minuites.Mix all  the ingredients & keep aside of 2/3 hours, until it's doubled.Add some water if the batter is thick. Grease the Idli maker with oil &  pour 1 tbsp of batter.Steam cook for 15 minuites. Serve with curry / chutney.

French Yogurt Cake

Yogurt Cake Ingredients :  An yogurt -125 g  Flour - 3 yogurt containersSugar - 2 yogurt containersButter / Veg oil - 1/2 yogurt container 2 tsp baking powder A pinch of salt1 tsp vanilla essence 3 eggs.Raisins/ walnuts if needed.Method Preheat the oven to 180°C.Cream together the butter, sugar, yogurt & salt on medium speed with a paddle attachment.Add beaten eggs.Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.Add essence/ nutmeg powder .Pour the batter into the greased... Recette de ma Mamie. Kesari - Gâteau de semoule à l'Indienne     Ingrédients :- 2  verres de semoule fine- 1  verre de sucre semoule + 1 paquet de sucre vanillé- 3  verres de lait - 50 g de beurre - Un peu de raisins sec. Préparation Faire fondre le beurre dans une casserole à  feu doux.Ajouter les raisins secs et les faire revenir. Verser la semoule en remuant.
