Fried Plantains - Kerala Special

Fried Plantains
 

2 ripe plantains ( Slice them as shown in photo)
Grease the non stick pan with butter.
Fry the slices on both sides.
Sprinkle sugar & serve. 
This is the Favourite Snack of Malayalees .
