2 cups polenta
4 cups warm water
1 tsp salt
1 green chilli chopped
1 big onion finely chopped
chopped curry leaves
Mix first three ingredients & set aside for 2/3 hours.
Beat 3 eggs with finely chopped onions,chilli & curry leaves.
Add to the polenta & mix well.
If the batter is thick, add some water.
Heat a nonstick pan / griddle with little oil.
Pour a spoon full of batter.
Cook on both sides.
Serve hot with curry / chutney.
