250 g Semolina
30 g Fresh Yeast
1 glass of water
1/2 tsp salt
Heat milk & water until just warm . Don't boil . Dilute yeast in it.
Add egg, semolina & salt . Mix well & keep aside for 4 hours.
In a nonstick pan make the pancakes. Wait until the whole pancake is covered with holes.
Cook the other side.
Serve with honey / maple syrup / sweetened coconut milk .
