Indian Fruits SaladCut all the fruits.(canteloupe, banana, apples, cherries, apricots)Press one orange & add to the fruits Mix all the fruits in a salad bowl. Cover & chill. To make custurdDilute 30g of custurd powder in cup of milk(without any lumps).Boil 1/2 l milk. Add 50g sugar. Then add the prepared custurd powder. Stir continously. Cool & refrigerate it. Pour the chilled custurd on the the fruits, toss & serve.Decorate with cherries.

Pancake with thousand holes Ingredients250 g Semolina 250ml milk1 egg30 g Fresh Yeast 1 glass of water 1/2 tsp saltMethod Heat milk & water until just warm . Don't boil . Dilute yeast in it.Add egg, semolina & salt . Mix well & keep aside for 4 hours.In a nonstick pan make the pancakes. Wait until the whole pancake is covered with holes.Cook the other side.Serve with honey / maple syrup / sweetened coconut milk .

Millau This is a charming town in the valley of these rockies . On the way we can see the highest bridge in the world - " Le Grand Viaduc de Millau ". The Millau Viaduct is designed by an English architect Lord Norman Foster. It's height is 343m & lenght is 2460 m. It's the tallest road bridge in the world. It's a masterpiece of French civil engineers & an English architect.

KayappamIngredients2 mashed bananas2 cups flour1 cup sugar1/2 tsp baking powder1 egg1 tbsp chopped copra (dried coconut)1/2 tsp cardomom powderoil for frying MethodMix all the five ingredients & set aside for a 15 min.I'm adding an egg so that the appam doesn't absorb oil.Add cardomom powder & mix well. Heat oil & pour 1 tbsp of the batter. When golden brown, cook the other side.Repeat the process with the remaining dough.Serve hot with tea.

Bombay Toast Ingredients2 eggs1 glass of milk6 tsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla essence / cardomom powder / nutmeg powder 6 slices of bread1 tbsp butterMethodCut the bread slices in rectangle/ triangle shape.Beat eggs.Add milk, sugar & vanilla essence.Dip the bread slices as in figure.Grease the non stick pan with butter.Fry the slices on both sides.Sprinkle sugar & serve.
