MalpuriIngredients100g flour25g semolina1 tbsp poppy seeds1 tbsp curd1/2 tsp baking powder3 cardomom pods (1/2 tsp cardomom powder)100 g sugar150 ml wateroil for fryingMethodMix the first five ingredients & keep aside.Make a thick syrup using sugar & water. Cool it.Add this cold syrup to the flour mixture.Add cardomom powder & mix well. Keep aside for half an hour.
