Moules-Champignons Curry
Mussel-Mushroom fry
Ingredients
500 g frozen mussels (if available use fresh ones)
500 g canned sliced mushrooms ( Can use fresh button mushrooms)
1 tbsp veg oil
2 onions coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Method
Heat oil in a sauce pan.
Fry onions till light golden brown.
Add sliced mushrooms & fry again.
Add all powders & then mussels.
Stir for a while with a wooden spatule.
Add some water & cook for 15 min.
Garnish with curry leaves .
Serve with rice or any other bread.
