Ingredients
500 g flour
250 ml water
1 tsp salt
Oil /ghee
Method
Mix first three ingredients & knead well.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for 1 hour.
Spray some more flour & knead it again .
Make evenly sized balls.
Take a lemon sized ball & flatten it using a roller.
Spread some oil & fold as in the photo.
Stretch it & roll from either sides.
Clip one roll into another.
Repeat the process with other dough balls.
Now roll out the porotta's.

Heat a non stick pan . Spread oil on it .
Cook both sides.
Serve hot with Veg / Non Veg curry .
