Paris Book Fair

India was the guest of honour at the Paris Book Fair 2007. In this occasion, French invited Indian authors &  publishers. Some of them were Vikram Seth, Shashi Tharoor, M. T Vasudevan Nair, Gita Hariharan, Shashi Deshpande, Kalpana Swaminathan, Pavan K. Varma, Ravi Shankar Etteth, Sudhir Kakar, Sarnath Banergee, Vaiju Naravane- Journalist & Publisher of "The Hindu". Some Indian books were translated into French language.

The other one is "Lire en fête" which is in October (19th-21st)2007 .

C'est très intéressant!!! France has a festival called "Fête de livres", is it not? Did this coincide with that festival?
