Pola / Pesaha Appam

Pola Ingredients2 cups rice flour10 g fresh yeast 1 tsp sugar 1 cup semolina 1 cup coconut milk 1/2 tsp saltMethodDilute yeast in luke warm water with 1 tsp sugar . Set aside for 15 minuites.Blend semolina with one cup of water & cook in medium heat for 5min.Add this to the rice flour.Then add diluted yeast & coconut milk.Mix well & keep aside for 6 hours in a warm placeIf the batter is thick add some more coconut milk.Grease the Idli maker with oil &  pour 1 tbsp of batter.Steam for 15 minuites.
