Mousse à la fraise.
Strawberry Milkshake
Ingredients
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup chilled milk
1 tbsp sugar
3 scoops of icecream (Vanilla/Strawberry)
Combine all the four ingredients in a blender & serve .

Ingredients
2 cups rice flour
10 g fresh yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 cup semolina
1 cup coconut milk
5 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Raisins & chopped cashew nuts
Method
Dilute yeast in luke warm water with 1 tsp sugar .
Set aside for 15 minuites.
Blend semolina with one cup of water & cook in medium heat for 5min.
Add this to the rice flour.
Then add diluted yeast & coconut milk.
Mix well & keep aside for 6 hours in a warm place
If the batter is thick add some more coconut milk.
Grease the Idli mould with oil & pour 1 tbsp of batter.
Decorate with raisins & chopped nuts
Steam for 15 minuites.
