1 cup polished wheat ( Ebly)
2 cups water
5 cubes of Jagerry
1/2 tin condensed milk(200g)
1 cup milk
A pinch of salt
1/4 tsp cardomom powder
Raisins & Cashews
Gently heat jaggery & water to make a thick syrup.
Strain it & keep aside.
Cook wheat in 2 cups of water with cloves.
Add condensed milk & jagerry syrup.
Add a pinch of salt,cardomom powder & stir well.
Decorate with fried raisins & cashews.
