Pizza-Paratha
Ingredients
500 g flour
250 ml water
1 tsp salt
Oil /ghee
For filling
2 tbsp tomato purée
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 greenchilli (chopped)
Basil leaves (chopped)
Method
Mix first three ingredients & knead well.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for 1 hour.
Mix the ingredients of the filling & keep aside.
Spray some more flour & knead it again .
Make evenly sized balls.
Take a lemon sized ball & flatten it using a roller.
Leave 2/3 cm border & spread uniformly the tomato paste.
Fold into a semi circle & roll out again.
Fold again into quarter of a circle.
Roll out into triangle shape.
Heat a non stick pan & spread oil on it .
Cook the triangle paratha .
When it puff up put some oil / ghee .
Flip & cook the other side.
Serve hot with Veg / Non Veg curry .
