Neyyappam for Vishu

Neyyappam Ingredients250g rice powder250g jaggery3 tbsp water1 cup mashed  bananas 2 tbsp flour1 tbsp black sesame seeds2 tbsp chopped coconut 1/2 tsp cardomom powder A pinch of baking powderOil for frying (In kerala we use coconut oil)MethodGently heat jaggery & water to make a thick syrup.Strain it & keep aside.
