Leek Paratha

Leek ParathaIngredients 1 leek (thinly sliced) 2 green chillies (chopped)2 shallots (chopped)A piece of ginger (chopped)1 tsp fennel seeds2 eggs1 yogurt (125 g)200g semolina250 g flour1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp saltChopped curry leaves Oil  Method Fry first five ingredients till translucent & keep aside.Beat two eggs & add to the mixture.Mix all the other ingredients & keep aside 1 hour.Make evenly sized balls. Moroccan Mini Pastilla

Blackberry Cobbler Ingredients2 cups blackberries 3 tbsp sugar1 tbsp flour20g butter1/2 tsp cinnamon powder***1 cup flour2 tsp baking powderAn egg3/4 cup sugar1/2 tsp vanilla essence20g butter1/2 cup milk Method.
