Banh Bao - Vietnamien steamed bun

Ingredients
300g wheat flour
50 g rice flour
10 g fresh yeast
1 tsp sugar
20cl luke warm milk
3tbsp sesame oil

Meat Filling
250 g minced porc meat
2 onions(chopped)
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 cloves of garlic + a piece of ginger (make a paste)
1 green chilli
1 tbsp masala powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Hard boiled eggs (optional)

Method

Fry onions till light golden brown.
Add ginger- garlic paste & fry again.
Then add masala,salt & minced meat.
Add some water & cook for 10 min.
Garnish with coriander leaves & keep aside.

Dilute yeast in luke warm milk & sugar .
Set aside for 15 minuites.
Mix all the other ingredients & knead well.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for 1 hour.
Take an lemon sized ball & flatten it & place the filling.
Seal the edges with water & fold it as shown in the picture.
Steam cook for 20mm & serve hot with a dipping sauce.
