Spicy Shrimp Croquettes

Nasi LemakIngredients4 cups Thai rice4 cups water2 cups thick coconut milk1 tsp salt3 shallots (chopped)A piece of ginger (chopped)Knotted screw pine (optional)A lemon grass (optional)1 tbsp gheeA star anise + cinnamon stickMethodBoil water, add salt & keep aside.
