Swiss Roll for Valentine's Day

Ingredients
4 eggs
100g sugar
100g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
*Filling*
100 g black chocolate
30 g butter
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp thick cream
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
*Topping*
50g butter
50g icing sugar
75g black chocolate

Macarons for decoration.

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Melt butter & chocolate in a microwave oven.
Add whipped cream & cinnamon powder.
Mix well & keep aside.
Whisk eggs & sugar for 10mn so that it triple it's volume.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Spread butter paper on a baking tray & spread the batter evenly.
Bake for 10mn until sponge cake is light brown.
Remove frm oven & keep aside to cool.
Spread the chocolate filling evenly over the sponge.
Fold carefully so that the seam side is facing down.
Peel off the edges.
Melt butter & chocolate in a microwave oven.
Add sugar & mix well.
Spread over the roll & decorate with pink macarons.
Chill for 30mn & serve ur loved ones.
