Chicken Dry Roast
Ingredients
1 kg Chicken (skinned & chopped)
1 tsp Kashmir chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste

1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp fennel seeds powder
1 tsp musturd seeds
Curry leaves & few mint leaves
Garam masala powder
Vegetable oil
1 tbsp coconut oil
Method
Marinate chicken with chilli,turmeric, coriander, salt & keep aside.
Heat oil in thick bottomed vessel.
Splutter musturd seeds .
Then add curry leaves & few mint leaves.
Add marinated chicken & fry for a while.
Then add a cup of water.
Cover & cook over medium heat.
When chicken is half cooked, add some more chilli powder & fennel seeds powder.
When the sauce is almost dry add coconut oil & stir.
Remove from fire.
Garnish with garam masala & fresh curry leaves.
Serve with rice / any type of Indian bread.
