Beans Kurma

Ingredients
2tbsp freshly grated coconut
1 tbsp coriander powder
250g french beans
1 onion(chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 green chilli(half slit)
1 tsp ginger+garlic paste
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp coconut oil / veg oil
1 tbsp whipped curd
Curry leaves
salt to taste
Method

Grind first two ingredients to fine paste.
Heat oil in a pan & fry onions to light brown.
Add chopped beans & fry for a while.
Then add ginger + garlic paste along with chopped tomatoes.
Add blended coconut with chilli powder, tumeric powder & salt.
 Mix well & add some water.
Cover & cook for 5 mn.
Remove from fire, add curd & mix well
Garnish with fresh curry leaves & garam masala.
Serve with rice / any Indian Bread.divider_009
