Milk Cake with Cardomom

Milk Cake

Ingredients
A can of sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
125g flour
50g butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2  tsp cardomom powder
A pinch of salt
Method
Preheat oven to 180° C
Melt butter in microwave oven.
Add sugar & mix well.
In another bowl beat eggs & add to butter.
Sieve the flour with baking powder & fold into the cake mixture.
Add vanilla esence & cardomom powder.
Mix well & pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
Bake for 25-30mn .
Serve with tea.
