Torta Caprese

200g black chocolate
200g almond powder
150g butter
50g sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon powder(optional)
50g icing sugar for decoration
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Add chopped butter & mix well.
Add sugar to the chocolate mixture & mix well.
Add beaten eggs.
Add almond powder & baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and place in the oven.
Bake for 5 mn .
Reduce heat to 160 °C & bake for another 25 mn.
Dust icing sugar with the pattern of ur choice.
