Piadina - Ultra Soft Italian Flat Bread

Ingredients
250g whole wheat flour
250g  flour
 100 ml water + 100ml milk
2 tbsp olive oil
An egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
Olive oil
Method
Mix water & milk & slighly warm it.
Mix first seven ingredients & knead well.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for 1 hour.
Spray some more flour & knead it again .
Make evenly sized balls.
Take a lemon sized ball & flatten it using a roller.
Heat non stick pan . Spread oil on it .
Add the roll out chappathi.
When it puff up spread some oil / ghee & cook the other side.
Serve hot with Veg / Non Veg curry.
