Danish Sand Cake
100g corn flour / potato flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cream together the butter, sugar & salt .
Add beaten egg along with milk.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Add milk, vanilla essence & mix well.
Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean, about 30-35 mn.
Serve with tea.
