Danish Sand CakeIngredients4eggs150g flour100g corn flour / potato flour200g butter200g sugar1 tsp baking powder2 tbsp milk1 tsp vanilla essenceMethodPreheat the oven to 180°C.Cream together the butter, sugar & salt .Add beaten egg along with milk.Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.Add milk, vanilla essence & mix well. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean, about 30-35 mn. Serve with tea.
