Daikon Radish Paratha

Ingredients
Half of a daikon radish( white radish)
2 tbsp scraped fresh coconut / dessicated coconut
2 green chillies
2 shallots
curry leaves
1 tsp fennel seeds
250 g flour
250g whole wheat flour
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
Oil for frying
Method
Blend first six ingredients in a mixer & add to the flour.
Mix all the other ingredients & keep aside for 2/3 hours.
Daikon radish contains water - so no need to add water.
Make evenly sized balls.
Take a lemon sized ball & flatten it using a roller.

Heat non stick pan . Spread oil on it .
Add the roll out paratha.
Spread some oil & press the edges.
Flip & cook the other side.
Repeat the process with other balls.
Serve hot with Veg / Non Veg curry .
