150g almond powder
1tbsp chocolate powder
210g icing sugar
3 egg whites
Mix the first three ingredients & keep aside.
Whisk egg white with a spoonfull of sugar , until firm.
Add rest of the sugar gradually.
Then add almond+ chocolate mixtue & mix together with a spatula.
Keep aside for 15mn.
Prepare a pastry bag with a smooth nozzle & fill it with the mixture.
Make small blobs on the silicone macaron sheet.
Pre-heat oven to 150°C.
Then place it on a grill & bake for 13mn .
Leave to cool.
Melt chocolate in a microwave oven with butter.
Add milk & mix well
Using a spoon, spread ganache & stick another macaron shell over it.
Repeat the process with the remaining shells.
These sandwich cookies are absolutely divine..
