Ingredients
2 cups roasted rice powder
2 tbsp flour
2 cups of water
1 tsp salt
Filling
500g prawns
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste

1 tsp ginger -garlic paste
1 green chilli (chopped)
2 carrots(chopped)
1 big onion(chopped)
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste.
1 tsp garam masala
Coriander leaves.

Method

Boil water . Add salt .
Then add rice powder+ flour & mix with a wooden spatule .
Remove from fire & close with a lid. Leave for 5 min.

Shell, devein and wash prawns using salt and turmeric.
Marinate it with chilli + turmeric + salt & keep aside for an hour.
Fry the prawns till light brown & keep aside to cool.
Chop them into small pieces.

Fry onions & carrots till light golden brown.
Add ginger- garlic paste & fry again.
Add the minced meat & all the masala powders.
Add some water & cook.
Then add chopped prawns & mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves & garam masala

Take a lemon sized dough ball & flatten it .
Place the filling in the middle & fold it in the shape of a shrimp.
Repeat with the repmaining dough.
Steam cook them for 20 min.
Serve hot with tea or as a starter.
