Cauliflower Vada

tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp red chilli powder 
1 green chilli (chopped)
Salt to taste
1 tsp crushed fennel seeds
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/4 cauliflower (thinly sliced)
2 onions ( thinly sliced)
Curry leaves / Coriander leaves
Oil for frying
 Separate the cauliflower florets.
Wash & thinly slice it using a ceramic knife.
Mix it with the sliced onions.
Add all the other ingredients.
Add some water to get a thick batter.
Heat oil in a  frying pan.
Pour 1 tbsp full of the batter.
U can prepare 4/5 vada's  at the same time .
Cook both sides of the vada until golden brown.

Remove using a slotted spoon & drain on a kitchen paper

Serve hot with cafe1 or as a starter.
