Cauliflower Vada

Cauliflower VadaIngredients 3 tbsp gram flour 1 tbsp rice flour1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 green chilli (chopped)Salt to taste1 tsp crushed fennel seeds 1/2 tsp ginger paste 1/4 cauliflower (thinly sliced)2 onions ( thinly sliced)Curry leaves / Coriander leaves Oil for frying Method  Separate the cauliflower florets.
