Panineer Petti- Malabar Muslim Special

 Panineer Petti Ingredients 250 g flour  25 g sugar 25 g melted butter (ghee)3  eggs A pinch of salt 500ml milk 1 tsp vanilla essence**Filling**2 eggs beaten2 tbsp sugar10 chopped dates50g raisins50g cashews50g almonds1/2 tsp cardomom powder2 tbsp gheeOil for frying** For Syrup**100g sugarWater + Rose essence (panineer) MethodMix first five ingredients (without any lumps) in a bowl .Add milk & stir again.
