Riccotta-Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
250g Ricotta cheese
150g black chocolate
4 tbsp milk
40g butter
40g sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp corn flour
3 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon powder(optional)
50g icing sugar for decoration
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Break the chocolate bar & add 4 tbsp milk.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Add chopped butter & mix well.
Add sugar to the chocolate mixture & mix well.
Add beaten eggs.
Mix corn flour & baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and place in the oven.
Bake for 30mn .
Dust icing sugar & serve.
