200g thick cream
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp cinnamon powder
A pich of salt
100g black chocolate bar
2 tbsp water
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cream together the butter, cream, sugar & salt .
Add beaten egg & mix well.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Take half of the prepared cake mixture & mix it with chocolate.
Add cinnamon powder to the chocolate mixture & vanilla essence to the other.
Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
Then add the chocolate batter in the middle & just make a pattern using a fork.
Bake for 30-35 mn, Th 180°C.
Serve with tea.
