Love-lock bridges in Paris

Passerelle Léopold-Sédar-Senghor Pont de l'Archevêché, Pont des Arts & Passerelle Léopold-Sédar-Senghor are the three love-lock bridges in Paris. Pont de l'Archevêché is a roadbridge that connects Notre-Dame Cathedral to the Left Bank of the Seine. This bridge is where Gene Kelly & Lesile Caron danced in the movie - An American in Paris. Chocolate Muffins

Chocolate MuffinsIngredients 200g black chocolate150g butter150g sugar50g flour3 eggsA tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon powderMethod Preheat the oven to 180°C.Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.Add chopped butter & mix well.Add beaten eggs.Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.Add cinnamon powder & mix well.Pour the batter into the greased 12 hole muffin tray. Bake for 15- 20mn until risen.Serve with custurd & fresh fruits.

Bugnes Ingredients 250g flour 50g butter 30g sugar1/2 tsp cardomom powder (orange essence,Rhum)  A pinch of salt Oil for frying Icing sugarMethod Melt butter & add to all the other ingredients.Mix well to get a stiff dough. Alle BelleIngredients250 g flour50 g sugar 25 g melted butter 3 eggs A pinch of salt 150ml coconut milk 1 tsp vanilla essence For Filling 1 cup freshly grated coconut / dessicated coconut 5 jaggery cubes2 tbsp waterRaisins & cashews 1/4 tsp cardomom powder 1/4 tsp nutmeg powderOil/ ghee for fryingMethod Mix first five ingredients (without any lumps) in a bowl.
