Chocolate Mud Cake

Mud

Ingredients
 
250g flour
250g sugar (I took 200)
250g unsalted butter
200g dark chocolate
40g cocoa powder
1 tbsp expresso powder
150ml thick cream
 4 large eggs
1 tsp baking powder
A tsp vanilla essence  chocolat
If the mixture is thick add some milk
For Icing
100g milk chocolate
100g dark chocolate
3 tbsp thick cream
50g  butter
Chocolate sprinkles
Method
Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Add chopped butter & mix well.
In another bowl beat eggs & sugar.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Add chocolate butter mixture + expresso & mix well.
Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
Bake for 40 minutes, Th 180°C. 
Set aside to cool.

 Melt both chocoltes in a microwave oven with butter.
Add cream & mix well.
Spread the prepared ganache evenly over the cake & decorate with sprinkles.
