Korean Shrimp Pancakes

Ingredients
250g small shrimps(( fresh/frozen)
3 shallots(finely chopped)
1 big green chilli(finely chopped) 
A piece of ginger(finely chopped)
1 cup chopped scallions
Finely chopped chives
Salt to taste

200g flour
2 tbsp corn flour
2 eggs (beaten) 
400ml water
1 tbsp sesame oil
Method 
Thaw frozen shrimps by running coldwater over them.
Then blot dry with kitchen paper.
Marinate them with chopped shallots,chilli, ginger & salt.
Cover with a lid & keep aside.

Mix the both flours  in a bowl .
Add water , beaten eggs & stir again (without any lumps).
If the batter is thick, add some more water.
Add the marinated shrimp & keep aside for half an hour
.
Heat a nonstick pan / griddle with little oil.
Pour a spoon full of batter. 
Cover & cook for a while.
Then flip & cook the other side.
Serve hot with a dipping sauce.
