150g ghee/ butter
Half cup water
Dry roast gram flour for a while on medium heat.
Keep aside to cool.
Heat sugar & water.
When the syrup turned to thread consistency, add a spoon full of gram flour.
Stir continuously over medium heat with a wooden spatule..
Then add another spoon of gram flour.
Add 50g of chopped butter.
Continue adding flour & butter alternately .
When it leaves the sides of the pan, remove from fire .
Pat it onto a greased dish & cut into desired shapes.
