Chicken Pakoda
Spicy Chicken Fritters
Ingredients
400g chicken breast fillets
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

1 green chilli (chopped)
1 tsp (ginger+garlic paste)
1 tsp fennel seeds
An egg beaten
Curry leaves(chopped)
Coriander leaves (chopped)
3 tbsp gram flour
1 1/2 tbsp rice flour

Oil for frying
Method
Chop chicken fillets into small pieces.
Marinate it with first four ingredients & keep in the refrigerator for an hour.
In a bowl, mix the other ingredients.
Then add the marinated chicken pieces to it.
Add some water & mix well.
Heat oil in a pan / deep fryer.
Fry chicken pieces to golden brown.
Remove using a slotted spoon & drain on a kitchen paper.
Serve these spicy chicken fritters as a starter with a dipping sauce.
