White Chocolate Muffins with Praline

Ingredients (12 muffins)
300g flour
100g praline powder
200g white chocolate
150g butter
100ml milk
90g sugar
A pinch of salt 
2 eggs 
1 tsp baking powder 
Almond flakes for topping
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Cream together the butter, sugar & salt.
In a bowl beat eggs.
Add beaten egg & mix well.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Then add praline powder along with milk & mix well.
Pour the batter into the greased 12 hole muffin tray.
Decorate with almond flakes .
Bake for 15- 25mn until risen & golden-brown.
