Besan Coconut Burfi
1 cup gramflour
1 cup sugar
1cup ghee/ butter
1 cup dessicated coconut
1/2 tsp cardomom powder
Dry roast gram flour for a while on medium heat.
Keep aside to cool.
Melt sugar & half of the ghee in a thick bottomed vessel.
Add grated coconut & mix well.
Stir continuously over medium heat with a wooden spatule..
Continue adding flour & butter alternately .
When it leaves the sides of the pan, remove from fire .
Pat it onto a greased dish & cut into desired shapes.
