1 tsp salt
20g fresh yeast
1 tsp nigella seeds
2 tsp sesame seeds
100ml olive oil
230 ml luke warm milk
An egg yolk + 2 tbsp milk
Dilute 20gms fresh yeast in luke warm milk.
Leave aside for 10 mn.
Take semolina+flour+salt in a bowl.
Add an egg & a spoonfull of nigella seeds.
Mix well with milk & olive oil.
Cover with a damp cloth & keep aside for 10 mn.
Mix again & pour into a greased cake pan.
Cover the pan with a cloth & keep aside for 30 minuites.
Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds & brush with egg yolk & milk mix.
Bake it for 30 mn -Temp 180°C.
Serve with curry.
