4 carrots (peel & blend)
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
A pinch of salt
100g white chocolate
3 eggs (beaten)
2 tsp baking powder
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Chop carrots into bits using a blender.
Mix the carrots with sugar, salt & nutmeg powder.
Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Add chopped butter & mix well.
Then add prepared carrot & mix well.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Then add beaten eggs & mix well.
Pour the batter into the greased cake tin.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.(35mn)
Serve with tea.
