3 cups of cooked Basmati rice
3 eggs + 1 tbsp soya sauce + 1 tsp sesame
Freshly ground peper
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp oil
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
3 scallions (chopped)
2 carrots(diced & cooked)
1 cup green peas(cooked)
2 green chillies (cut in coins)
1 cup cooked pork (minced)
Beat eggs with soya sauce , black pepper & sesame oil .
Prepare the omlette & cut in squares.
Heat oil in a pan & fry garlic for 2 mn.
Then add chopped scallions & fry till translucent.
Add minced meat , peas, carrots & chillies.
Fry for a while & then add soya sauce, chilli sauce & ketchup .
When the sauce becomes thick, remove from fire.
Then fold in cooked rice & toss several times.
Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
