Thalipeeth
Ingredients
 2 green chillies (chopped) 
2 tbsp grated coconut
5 shallots (chopped)
A piece of ginger (chopped)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder

100g flour
100g whole wheat flour
50g gram flour
50g ragi flour
50g semolina
50g rice flour
1 tsp salt
Luke warm water
 1 tbsp veg oil
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped Curry Leaves
Oil
Method
Coarsely grind chilli, shallots,coconut,  ginger, curry leaves & cumin seeds in a blender. 
Mix the blended mixture with all the other ingredients.
Add sufficient water to get a thick dough.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for an hour.
 Make evenly sized balls.
Take a lemon sized ball & flatten it using a roller.

Heat non stick pan . Spread oil on it .
Cook the roll out paratha.
Smear some oil & press the edges.
Flip &  cook the other side.
Repeat the process with other balls.
