2 apples (peel,core & cubed)
50g melted butter
10g vanilla sugar + 25 g sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
250g thick cream (fromage blanc)
2 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Fry apple cubes with butter & sugar.
When caramalised ,add cinnamon powder & keep aside.
Mix cream with sugar.
Then add beaten eggs & mix well.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
At last add caramalised apple cubes & mix well.
Pour the batter into the greased cake tin.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.(30mn).
Serve with tea.
