Louis Vuitton's Foundation Museum, Paris.
La Fondation Louis Vuitton was inaugurated on 20th oct 2014 in the presence of French President Mr François Hollande. This museum is located in the XVI eme arrondisement of Paris, next to Jardins d'Acclimatation & at the northern edge of Bois de Boulogne. The chairman of LVMH Mr Bernard Arnault commisssioned Mr Frank Gehry to build this magnificent museum dedicated to contemporary art. The two-storey building has 7 galeries, an auditorium, grotto & multilevel terraces for events and art installations. Above the entrance is a glittering stainless steel logo LV. The 12 sails are made of 3584 laminated glass panels. It was the venue of LV women's spring/summer 2015 fashion show.
