Ingredients
2 cups roasted rice flour
1/2 cup semolina
1 cup grated coconut
1/2 tsp  salt
200 ml hot water
*Layering*
300g minced meat
  2 onions (chopped)
A green chilli (chopped)
A tomato (chopped)
1 tbsp ginger+garlic paste
1tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup freshly grated coconut
2 tbsp oil
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Garam masala (optional)
Method
Fry onions till light golden brown.
Then add ginger- garlic paste along with chilli powder & coriander powder.
Then minced meat along with chopped tomato.
Fry for a while & then add grated coconut.
Add some water & cook for 10 min.
Garnish with coriander leaves & garam masala.
Keep aside to cool.

 Dilute salt in water.
Take rice powder + semolina  in a bowl.
Pour some water & mix with fingers so that it look like bread crumbs.
Add the coconut, mix well & keep aside.

Boil some water in the bottom vessel of the Puttu maker.
Put 1tbsp coconut in the botom of the puttu mould.
Then fill it with  3 tbsp of prepared rice crumbs & then 2 tbsp of minced meat.
Layer rice mixture & minced meat alternatively.
The top layer & bottom layer must be of rice powder.
Place the puttu mould on the vessel & cook for 10 mn.
Serve hot !!!
