Turkey Osso Buco

Ingredients
6 osso bucco (turkey)
 
1 tbsp flour
Salt & freshly ground black pepper

 3 onions(sliced) 
A green chilli (half slit)
3 garlic cloves (peeled & finely chopped)
A piece of ginnger(chopped)
250g button mushrooms (sliced)
 2
tomatoes(chopped)
 
1 tsp red chili powder 
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp masala powder
 Salt to taste
 Olive oil / vegetable oil
Freshly ground black pepper 
Coriander leaves
Method
Take flour in a bowl & season it with salt & pepper.
Dredge the turkey pieces in flour.
Heat oil in a sauce pan & fry turkey pieces ( both sides).
When golden brown drain in a kitchen paper & keep aside.

Heat oil in a sauce pan. Fry onions till light golden brown.
Add sliced mushrooms, chilli, ginger & garlic.
Fry for a while & then add masala& chilli powder;
Then add tomatoes & fried turkey pieces.
Stir for a while & add water.
Bring to the boil, then turn the heat down and simmer for 20min, stirring from time to time.
When cooked, remove from fire. 
Garnish with coriander leaves & freshly ground pepper.
