Chocolate Coffee Cake
Ingredients
200g flour
120g butter
180g sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsp instant coffee powder ( 6g)
3 tbsp water
3 tbsp Nesquick
A pinch of salt
2 tsp baking powder
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Dilute coffee powder in water & keep aside.
In a bowl beat eggs.
Cream together the butter, sugar & salt.
Add beaten egg & mix well.
ieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Add prepared coffee & chocolate powder.
Mix well & pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
Bake for 30- 35mn.
